I bought this treadmill for weight loss. I am in nursing school and I am constantly sitting at the table reading my books. By the time I get dressed and drive to the gym or track and work out I have spent about an hour and a half instead of my planned 30 min workout. By having this treadmill I can simply get up from the table and walk into my living room and spend 30 min working out instead of wasting my entire afternoon! a great buy!

Great treadmil I use it for a quick 15min jog every morning, love the incline, it makes for a great start to my day. I was worried at first that i wouldnt be able to run on it, but its surprisingly sturdy. Only con is that it was a little confusing to set up and its not as easy to store as i would like, but all and all, great design, and serves its purpose.

It is really hard to run on. I could walk on the treadmill pretty good. I think if the actual runway was longer it would work better for me. I am going to keep it and continue to work on it, because I did get a good workout just by walk on it with the incline.

As a former heavy duty exercise nut I now must watch my exercution. It is my goal to be able to get my heart rate up and keep it there for a period of time, the incline accomplishes that. There are days when I just don't have the energy to get on it but have learned how to take it slow/ walking and still get a workout.
On bad days it would be helpful to be able to lower the incline. But that's not a deal breaker...I guess I could raise the back.
I love the size. These things can be huge and loud. This is just right.
I am curious about the moisture that is off the belt on the right side. The shiney part! I don't sweat lots so it is a puzzle.
Other wise it is great and I have already recommended it to friends.

I like that I can walk or run on my treadmill. It is small so it doesn't take over the room. It really gets my heart going while moving at my pace. The fact that it is manual creats the feeling of control...that it won't run away with me. I would enjoy about too more inches of walk space, but then it might take up too much space.

Getting this treadmill without the motor was one of the smartest things I've done! There are five of us - myself and my four daughters and we all use it. It is quiet because there is no motor. And because you have to manually make it move and it is on a slight incline it actually makes you work. I haven't exercised for a year and this treadmill has gotten me back into it! I love it!

Delivery was sooner than expected. It was in perfect condition - no damage even to the box. And it wasn't heavy so we were able to get it into the house and put it together with ease. Haven't had a need to use customer service. Thank you!

When I opened the box and took everything out I was glad to see how simple the assembly was. I know from experience that reading the instructions is important. Having the diagrams made things easier but I think a picture of the nuts, screws and bolts would have made identification easier for some people. The treadmill was assembled in 30 minutes. After 3 belt adjustments I found the right tension for my walking pace. I like that the treadmill can be easily stored. However, it's inconvient to unscrew the locking bolts in order to fold it up. Overall I am pleased with my selection. DS

I am a beginner and am trying to loose weight. The incline is a little steep so I stand as far back as I can and it is a little better. That is the only thing I don't like about this machine
