I bought it because I need to stay in shape for my job. It's smaller than a regular treadmill and takes up way less space. It seems sturdy and solid but will only fit under a bed if you take it apart. The tread part folds up easily in one step, and u can wheel it from room to room, which is nice,however,it won't fit thru doorways straight on unless you remove the door(it's 28 1/2" at it's widest). I turned it sideways and slid it thru but the wheels were useless that way. Once folded, it was balanced and easy to wheel, just tight in hallways and there's the doorway thing. Went together easily. Nice little treadmill. Don't plan on storing it under a regular bed unless you want to keep taking it apart and putting it together. It'll go into a closet fine or up against a wall unlike a regular treadmill.

I walk or run on my treadmill everyday, it's a little noisy but I don't really care. If you want to loose weight I recommend to get this one.
