I bought this treadmill to loose weight. This is a very great product. And if I don't want to go out in public to work out I don't have to. I have it in the comfort of my own home!!! Thats whats great. I can honestly say I don't have any negative issues with this product. It's very quite and easy to assemble. My husband put it together for me within 1 hour. I love it cause I can fold it up and it saves space in my home. If you are just wanting to work out on an occasion like I do this is the product for you.

Motor is very quiet. Smooth starting. But it requires re-oil the belt after certain milleage. Re-oil is not easy thing do to. We had to repeat process couple of times. Retension the belt is not simple either.

i would buy this again.

My wife and I use it 4 or 5 times a week for Walking and Jogging. It has all the features you would like for a good price. It is a little louder than I hoped. The display is a little too large and my wife can barely see over it to watch TV.

This is the third treadmill i have purchased in 7yrs. The first two were pro-forms (will never buy them again, motors blew in under 3yrs) and i must say this Horrison really surprised me from first opening the box. Setup was so simple with ALL tools included! Best warrantee in the industry for this price range treadmill too! Its all about the motor warrantee folks! (its the heart and soul of your machine)I live in a appartment and motor sound also concerned me, but not with this treadmill. Its super quite! Its very comfortable to run on with the airshock system , i love it. There are plenty of electronic features to set up a personal workout(up/down hills, speed, ect) or use preprogramed ones. It's heavier than the other two pro-form i had, but alot more durable aswell. Fold up feature is nice also.For the price/warrantee and quality [$] you CAN"T go wrong on this one@!

Service & Delivery comments:

Delivery time for me was 10days and arrived in perfect condition with a large carrier delivery (not, ups/fed-ex). Have not needed to contact customer service.

Very good product for the cost. Had to read the directions carefully and study the process but it all fit together. Definitely a two man job. It is full-sized so it does not fit just any where nor is it easily portable - but it does fold up and can be moved if necessary. We shopped around a lot before deciding which machine to buy. Overall we are very pleased with the treadmill. Highly recommend.
